Our process works hand-in-hand with your therapist to make treatment — including ERP/CBT — more effective.
Care Model
Private-pay, out-of-network practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement; this does not guarantee reimbursement.
Comprehensive Consultations
A 90-minute new-patient evaluation, or an extended 2-hour session that concludes with a full written report and individualized treatment roadmap. Comprehensive Evaluation: 90 minutes, $1,200. Extended Evaluation: two hours, $2,400, including a report.
Prerequisites
Adults 18 and older, physically located in NY, NJ, CA, CT, FL, IL, KS, OH, PA, TX, or VA at the time of each visit. No extensive treatment history needed.
